Data and privacy

Working notice to complete before publication. The data controller’s identity, email retention period and applicable provider and transfer safeguards must be confirmed. This page separates verifiable website behaviour from engagement terms still to be agreed.

Browsing this website

The site code includes no analytics, advertising, contact form or document upload tool. Fonts and visual assets are not loaded from a third-party service. Cloudflare hosting processes technical information needed to serve and secure pages, including IP addresses and request details. Hosting account settings and log retention must be checked before publication.

Language preference

When you select FR or EN, a functional cookie named againward_language remembers that choice for one year. It only contains “fr” or “en” and is not used for advertising. You can delete it in your browser or change your selection. Without a preference, hosting may use the country associated with the request to offer French to visitors in France.

Email contact

The contact link opens your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the message. Your address, name if provided and message are used to respond and scope a possible engagement. These details are optional; a reply address is necessary to contact you.

The recipient is the AGAINWARD contact; Gmail/Google, used for this address, and your own email provider participate in transmitting and retaining the correspondence. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. The controller’s legal identity, applicable legal basis for the enquiry, retention period and transfer safeguards are not yet documented in this version.

Do not send invoices, agreements or confidential data with your initial message. This website does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Documents provided for an engagement

Before receipt, contractual terms must specify the transfer channel, authorised recipients, providers, safeguards for any international transfers, retention and deletion. The planned process isolates case workspaces and includes a data-minimisation review before analytical calculations. The processing configuration must be approved before any real case is accepted.

This initial document review itself uses Codex/OpenAI, so received content may be processed before minimisation. Content needed for the investigation is also processed under the agreed configuration. A local workspace does not mean that all data stays on the device. We do not claim perfect anonymisation, exclusive French data residency or compliance certification.
